We are the data controller for any personal data described in this policy.

What we process
‍Technical logs. Our hosting provider records standard server data each time a page is served — IP address, browser type, referring page, date and time. This is used to deliver the site and to protect it from abuse. ‍Email correspondence. Who has access
We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf under written agreements:
- Webflow, Inc. — website hosting and delivery.
- Our email provider — receipt and storage of correspondence.

Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer is covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and the provider's own supplementary safeguards.

We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for their own purposes.

How long we keep it
Server logs are retained by our hosting provider for a short period as part of routine operations. Email correspondence is kept as long as it is relevant to our business relationship, and thereafter only where a legal obligation requires it.

Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to request access to your personal data, its correction or erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. To exercise any of these, write to hello@zeokozmetika.com.
